well since your using an integra chassis instead of a civic chassis like most of us you have it a lot easier at this point, seeing as how your car came with a b-series to start.

as far as axles you'll use the intermediate shaft and axles from your old engine. and you'll also use your stock shift linkage and stabilizer bar. easy as that. for wiring you'll just need an ecu jumper and the respective ecu. depends on whether you go with a chipped ob1 ecu, or a stock obd2 p73.

Check out these mountshttp://www.azracemachine.com/index.htm best price and sick! I use these on my customers swaps identical to Hasport but cheaper and nice mirror polish finish to them. I like Obd-1 system due to less sensors to deal with and more tuning options which Hondata is always A+ for Turbo/NA/Sc etc... Crome is also a good for Obd-1. Either way you decide to go you are going to need a ecu jumper harness.

    Good Luck!

hey guys.. i got the project rolling now, but the only thing that i have noticed, that i cant figure out is the speed sensor! how do i connect the speed sensor, cuz i have a 90 da, its normaly a cable.. but on the 96 itr the tranny plugs into the engine harness.

i think you may be able to use your da cable vehicle speed sensor in the type r trans. if not then you may need a 88-91 d-series cable vss. i can't verify it personally but someone else said that if you have a b-series trans and its originally cable, you'll need a d-series electronic vss to use a newer style cluster. and if you start with a b-series trans that had an electronic vss, then you need a cable vss from the appropriate d-series ed/ef trans.

Will this method work for a obd2 gsr in a 90 integra? I have everything from obd2 gsr ecu, obd1 gsr ecu, obd2 engine harness, obd0 hardness(on car), ob2 gsr motor with everything, obd0 gs tranny.
