91 Accord Ex wanting to do a vtec swap little help?

i have a 91 Honda Accord ex and it has the 2.2 l motor. But it does not run anymore i blew it up.i have been wanting to do a vtec swap in it but idk really witch one to do and i don't know much besides i know i will probably have to change my ecu. Any help?

h22 or f22

f22b1 and h22 are roughly the same amount of work. the h22 ill require more only due to the distributor....but that is the only real difference in the swap. depends on how much you want to spend. you could also do the f23 but they are a different monster all together.

I would say just save money and get H22 but I know thats not as easy as it sounds. I just got done doing an f22 vtec in my cb7 and it was a pain considering i had no idea what i was doing. If you do decided to get the f22 vtec i'll walk you through it or u can just go to my thread and its a pretty good break down on what to do.
