91 accord F22/F23 V-tec swap

just bought my cousin's accord (non vtec) after he blew the engine and was thinking about doing a vtec swap cause he has a f22 vtec & a f23 vtec engine he said i can have with the car and i dont really know about hondas that much

wanted to know what parts are interchangeable with both motors and what combo will give me the most power
also what would i need to do the swap

its a f-series, majority of the parts are interchangable with F series engines, thats really why they have the engine familys, its an easy way to tell what parts are compatible with eachother, same family = usually works haha that sounds wrong... lol

would there be any power/torque gain with interchanging the engine parts and what ecu and wiring changes whould i have to do
