91 accord swap starts up but idls untill it redlines... help!!

hi im new but i have a very bad problem i dont know whats wrong with my gfs honda accord its a 91 ex i did a motor swap from a f22a1 to the same thing beacause her engine rod bent... well now i got the new motor in it but when i start up the car it idls and it goes very fast till it starts getting close to redline... i turn off the motor .... what could be wrong the throttle cable is loose... so it cant be that!! but by my tranni something that sticks out by the clutch is sticking out it seems as i put the engine in the car that popped off the trani!! help me please!! what could be causing this!!

is there any check engine lights

no there is no lights turning on it just seems to suck alot of air into the engine

check for a vac leak

i did but its all good hey i been looking and behind the intake manifold i guess there was no gasket... soo could these be the problem?
