91 civic ls swap help

ok need some help there is this guy that wannts to trade me this 91 civic with a b18a swap. its gets fuel to the rail got spark about 180 compression in all 4. but it is not letting the injectors fire. he said he was driving it with out a injector resistor box and now it stoped running. someone

Well if its running OBD0 injectors without the resistor pack they wont work.

do you think it would be worth getting trading a 99 escort zx2 that runs for it? it has no interior crx dash 13s new tired like 5 different strut bars on it brand new skunk2 front camber kit and some rear wicked camber shit new in the box
