why? the 99 civic engine is better.

An ls motor is a good choice it makes about 15-20 ft-lbs more torque and if you change the cams out for newer ones it will make a factory rated 140 hp. good luck.

You're going to spend more money in parts to put that engine in the car, than the engine is worth itself.
Sell it and buy another single cam.
