I need some help with A/C concern.

A/C clutch not kicking on, I checked power to clutch (good), jumped power directly to clutch at relay connector (it activated), condensor fan good (put direct power to fan connector), condensor relay good (tested with ohm meter). A/C system holding good preasure (no freon leaks)

I am guessing that the A/C preasure switch (below, near right frt h/lamp on A/C line) has gone bad?
My question is:
1- Is there a way to test this A/C preasure switch?
2- Can I replace this A/C preasure switch without evacuating the A/C system?

Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
