91 transmission swap questions

hey, i have two 91 accords. one auto ex and the other is a 5 spd lx. im ganna be doing a transmission swap cuz i want the manual in the ex. what should i do about the wiring because obviously the wiring is way different. because i know the manual does not have clips for the shift solenoids. but yea answers would help

yea from the wiring harness there is clips to connect to sensors, solenoids, and other shit. and the wiring is different between the manual and the automatic. because manuals dont have shift solenoids (im pretty sure they dont haha) and i was wondering if i have to swap the whole wiring harness over to make it work....and also what wires do i spice for the gauges and clutch saftey switch and ECU

Just leave that connectors hanging. The manual doesn't need any wiring except for reverse light. Pull out the auto computer (beside the engine ECU).
