92 civic hatch with b18a swap problems

i put a 93 b18a1 complete cable motor swap and the car wont crank or nothing

i was wondering if it would have to do with having a p28 single cam ECU

its getting fuel
we towed it behind a truck and popped the clutch but it would not run on its own

help please
my starter will be in the end of this week and also? would if have to do with not having a starter?

nope it does not have to do with that ecu it should run just not at full power i think its called limp mode . but it should make your car start
