So where's the SiR? I see what appears to be an EH2, maybe a DX or CX with a B16A swap, but not EG6.

Looks like a DX with a swap to me- that's not a real SiR, not unless someone changed the gauge cluster to something without a tachometer.
 
whos cares what it doesnt have....its the same as when people put a type r shift boot n knob on the car and ad a red valve cover and say JDM CIVIC! its nice dont knock it, and how much is it to ship to the east coast?
