94 1.5L High RPM Sputter

I have a 94 Civic Which sputters at high rpm. Ive changed Dizzy, Plugs cap rotor and fuel filter... The check engine light is on with a abnormal smell coming from engine bay and idk what i chould do next besides take it in...

Last time I had a high rpm sputter the spark plug wires were fouled out. Oil had leaked down into the spark plug holes. Did you set your ignition timing when you pulled the dizzy? Make sure that is good. The timing belt could also be off a tooth...
