94 accord after swap issues.

if any 1 can help that ll be appreciated in advance, i just did a engine swap on my girl 94 accord and
now i get the the D4 LIGHT ON AND D3 BLINKS while the car is on parking, was this caused after
the swap? i cant tell because when i got the car it was dead with 2 8inches wide holes from side to,
side in the block, and no battery... any advice?

transmission codes. Unless you messed with the tranny wires, then these codes aren't swap related.
