ok. I have a 94 accord. I ran it hot and messed some crap up and had some hoses replaced, new timing belt, and some other things. It still starts getting too warm...I think i might have done something to the engine...can someone help me out and tell me if i should replace the engine? If so, can i get a list of good engines for this car?

check your thermostat, do a pressure test, check that the coolant is flowing.

Any number of things could cause your engine to get hot. In my opinion, if your water pump was bad, I'd seriously consider replacing the motor. Those engines are a dime a dozen.

F22A(1,2,4,6)
F22B
F22B(1,2)
H22A
H23A
F23

Stick to OBD1 (90-95 Accord,92-95 Prelude) engines.
