94 del sol replace full suspension 98GSR... Help???

I want to replace my full suspension with a GSR suspension. what would I be missing if I am buying new cross-drilled-slotted rotors, brake pads, ball bearings, full suspension F&S or Tein kit... ?

I thought about buying a used GSR suspension... but figured why if I might just be missing out on 2 or 4 more items and would have a whole new GSR suspension with all the upgrades for almost the same price... can anyone help me out or advice? I'm doing this because I am puting a B18 with a T3 Turbo 9 psi. It's to expensive to upgrade for Brembo brake kits....
