I just bought a 95 honda civic ex that has a d16y5 swap, it originally came with a d16z6, please bare with me I'm new to the tuners but my question is how can i check to see if the dizzy is wired correctly. I know that the z6 had an obd1 dizzy and the y5 has a obd2 and it looks like they installed the obd1 dizzy on the y5 but when i looked at the dizzy only one bolt is holding the dizzy on and the other dizzy bolts don't line up, is this correct? I'm pretty sure its not but wanted to ask. Would it be best to just buy a obd2 dizzy and rewire it for a obd1 ecu?

i do believe a d15z1 dizzy will work, i swapped a d16y5 i a 95 2door

only problem i had for awhile is that it wouldn't rev over 4.5k

is the d15z1 dizzy a obd1? On my 95 2door the car starts up and runs fine as far as i know but the dizzy just doesn't look right, im afraid that with just one bolt holding the dizzy i would think that it would move and cause it to be out of timing
