I have a 95 Civic Dx Sedan and I want to get some suspension braces to have a little better handling. Would I need to install front and rear camber kits so that my tires don't wear out too quickly? What kind of stabalizers would be better and camber kits would be better?

what kinda of "stabalizer" are you tlaking about? like a strut tower bar or an anti-sway bar? the only time you need a camber kit is pretty much when your lower it.

I am thinking of a front strut tower brace and the rear upper and lower braces. Do you have any suggestions on good stabilizers that are not over the top moneywise.

but instead of wasting your money there looking for handling, get a sway bar kit from progress for your car, front and rear for the price of one and a half strut bars.
This will benefit your car much more because we have -0- factory sway bars. If that doesn't tighten it up enough then add strut tower bars.
