96 civic dx. LS motor swap

i bought a car a few years ago and am having some idle problems. its a 96 civic dx coupe with a 94 integra ls swap. it has a really rough idle and wont stay steady untill 3500+ rpm. could it be the computer?? it wouldnt make through emmisions the guy couldnt get any singnals back from the car. is it as simple as throwing a p74/75 computer in and its all fixed???

you need to check the engine codes and go from there, the car was prolly converted to obd1, meaning you will have to count the codes yourself

so by asking if installing a p75 would fix the problem, i'm assuming you are not currently using the correct ecu? if you're not, that's the first thing you need to do. get yourself either an obd1 pr4 or p75.
