96 h22a in my 94 prelude si wiring gone wrong ><

My h22a is a 96 and I heard that model was obd2 I dont know if this is correct or not? Also if it is obd2 then what all will I have to have for everything in the car wiring wise? This is so confusing to me and I really feel like an idiot but I am seeking knowledge on the issue...

nvm all jdm engines are obd1 so it would only be if i had a 96 prelude? I still need a h22a1 harness for my h22a bcuz the fuse box is on a different side in the jdm preludes? If so anyone willing to sell me one?
