Well as some of yall know im just now getting into b-series engines, so i dont have a lot of knowledge in there. A friend of mine is looking for a 96+ civic hatch (he wants to use his scan tool if anything fucks up). What OBD2 enegine can he swap into his car and get the best results. fab work isnt a problem since he works in an engine shop.
