97 Civic DX Location of conection to jump the ECU

Hello I'm new to this forum and I am looking for information on how to check why my Check engine light is on. I read the post on how to get codes out of the ECU but I can't find the connection to jump the Black and Brown wires from the ECU. Where is this connector located, I have looked under the dash close to the fuse box but can not find this connector. The car is running ok but the light is always on.

Well I found the connector and was able to get a code but the code I got is not on the existing code list. Code I got was 24, does anyone know what this is for? My car is a 97 Civic DX engine D16Y7.

sure its not 2 and 4? the o2 and CKP are often pulled together due to impropper timing issues.
