97 gsr underdash harness?? help

i am getting a 97 gsr but it dosent work. the guy im buying it from said that he swapped the dash and in the process he somehow made a mistake with the underdash harness.

so i was wondering is it hard to change that? and does it have to be from another gsr? also how much for it ?

does it not run
does the dash just not work what is it
and to your question its not that hard to change the dash harness not on that car but you ought to try to chang one on a ef dont get me wrong its still a pain in the ass
