i found a 89' Civic HB w/ a 97 Vtec Engine. Its also got cold air intake and header. u guys think it would be worth 2000 to buy and build the motor up some more? thanks

i'm planning on doing this if i get it:
DC Sports Intake manifold
Cran Cams
AEM Cam Gears
redoing the whole ignition system: plugs, wires, distributor, cap, button and MSD.
possible port and polish.
any other ideas?

skip AEM-->get something better like toda, skunk2, or spoon.
skip crane cams---> get crower or web.
and... wait what vtec engine? are we talking b-series or d-series?
