    can i remove the engine without removing the tranny its a automatic 1998 civic factory stock

    its easier to remove it with the tranny though

    ive done it personally and i will never do it again. what a bitch to get back in

    I think it'd be easier to pull the engine and transmision out together..

    Its more time and labor to try and pull just the motor.
    People often confuse this fact with rear while drive vehicles, even then it makes more sense to pull both together. :thumbsup:
