'99 B16A2 Swap for a '99 Civic HX CVT

I'm a first timer, and I found that by doing a search that there are two versions of OBDII.

I just ordered a 1999 B16A2 changeover from Import Auto Salvage, and am converting my HX CVT to a manual. This seems to be a rather painless task and have all the necessary documentation to rewire for the manual. However, my questions are:

Can I use the SI wiring harness (engine) without any modifications? Both are OBDII, but are they the same OBDII?
