99 f22a into a 92 accord

currently have a 92 accord with the stock f22a1 motor. ive come across a clean 1999 f23a1 honda accord vtec motor but does not come with the tranny or the ecu. will i be able to use my stock tranny and ecu on this motor...please someone let em know a.s.a.p.

Everything would bolt up, but your ECU wouldn't be right. You would have to convert from OBD 2 to OBD 1. It's do-able, if you're good at wiring or buy an expensive conversion harness.
