99 integra no tail lights

my buddy just got a cherry 99 ls , but the tail lights dont work. i went to go check the fuse but the panel with the diagram is missing.any help would be sweet( like if any one ahs the fuse diagram for under the dash thanks

Just check all the fuses, there aren't that many. Also, check to make sure the bulbs aren't burned out.
