99 Spec ITR Intake?

What type of intake should I get for my 99 JDM ITR? Cold Air, short ram, regular intake? Would doing some kind of ram air intake off of a hood scoop be good? Any pros and cons of any of these or is there just a "best way to go" out there?

I would go w/ a phat lil short ram. It will make more power for you where the ITR really shines, up in the high RPM. You could also make something to pull air from the bumper to direct it toward the filter. But the longer CAI tubes rob power in the high revs because the motor has to work harder to pull the air all that way.

oh yeah and there is no 99 spec ITR

there is 96 spec and 98 spec
the cams changed in 00 but they never classed it as an 00 spec
