acceleration problems

Ok heres whats going on I just installed the motor and it idles good. but at 1500 rpm it sputters. after 1800 rpm it goes away. any body know what the problem could be?

I took the throttle manifold off and cleaned it inside. and tested the throttle position sensor cleaned the throttle and reinstalled. worked great for a little bit about 20 miles but then the problem came back. what do you guys think the problem is?

common guys I really need some help with this any ideas. Im out of Ideas on what the problem is.

check the cap and rotor and maybe plugs

check wires, get new plugs, inspect cap and rotor, replace fuel filter and upgrade fuel pump. Check these things out.
