is a b20 engine and a gsr trany a good setup for my car or should i get something else .... ..................

Depends if your going boost or all-motor. In most cases the better setup would probably be a GSR resleeved to 84mm and completely rebuilt from bearings to pistons for your goal(NA or Boost). Basically you have a brand new motor that you have to break in and tune. But the average tuner can get away with a minor rebuild or even stock motor for relatively moderate goals.
