Do you need to raise your car to adjust your shocks?

Nope, all you have to do is pop the hood and trunk, then adjust them with a screw driver. It's pretty easy.

Yip, I do it about three or four times a day Not yip as in you do have to raise it, but yip as in that beerbong guy is correct.
