Afc advances timing?

anyone used an afc or know about them? i heard they advance timing like a mo-fo but im trying to find the real deal about it, any help would be nice

safc doesnt advance timing. just does fuel.

someone on another forum said it like automaticly advances timing just wondering?

It does change timing based on your fuel changes. You're basically just modifying the throttle position and air metering signals to the ECU, and wherever the ECU ends up on the fuel/timing map is what your engine gets.
