Ok, i just got an Im from somebody named "aim18475927" or something. I dont remember what the numbers after the name were exactly, only that there were a lot of them.

He said y0 click the link in my profile . .

of corse i check his profile and there is a hyperlink. I highlite it and hit "show hyperlink" >>>>>> It reveals the link http:// freelist.yprocessing .net[/url]



Its pry some aim virus or something weird - im just givin the heads up for everybody . .

edited to make sure no one clicks it

Update - a friend of mine clicked the link lol . . . ..

He just got mad spyware (process modules) put on his CPU :owned:

good one B16 . . . im no computer expert, but it just installed spyware on his computer.

I figured i'd tell people since we can all be careless at times and clicky links we get.

well AIM does have a warning about clicking links in peoples profiles. like when you click on the "Info" button on the persons name you have highlighted.

Yeah but it was strange that i got a weird Im like that in the first place . . . i just wanted to let people know cause im sure im not the only one who has had this happen.
 
i got an IM from that person while i was away. when i clicked their profile they were already signed off, guess i got lucky :shrug2:

I copied the link and clicked it from the library at my school . .. . it was some site with porn links that kept having this lil box pop up that said "you must click yes" . . . i had to Ctrl-Alt-Delete the computer to save it lol.
 
i wrote an article about this.. um.. like 2 months ago... lol
