alternator

[91 H22A Accord]

When trying to adjust the alternator belt, I didn't disconnect the battery and accidentally touched the terminal bolt with the wrech which made a huge spark.

Does anyone know what other electrical components could have been affected by this short ?

Could it harm the alternator, voltage regulator, ECU or any other sensors ?
