Anyone know a sit for Tacoma performance

My buddy has a 1994 4cyc Tacoma pick rear wheel drive. He wants to get some more power out of his work truck. He has done: I/E/H and mild cams. Does anyone know of a good toyota truck site, or have any suggestion how to get more out of it without NOS / turbo / supercharger?
