Ok if i get this SAFC NEO do i need to get an FMU or a fuel pressure regulator?

i have no experience with SAFCs but from what i read on apexi's site it look like you shouldn't need either of those.

cuz all really need to run around somewhere below 9 psi nothin over
the SAFC is for engine management, you should get a fuel pressure regulator anyways.
