are there any diff. betwwen jdm and usdm 00' ek suspension setup

yea honda peps i wanna kno if there are any differences between the usdm and jdm 00' ek3 civics in terms of their suspension set up. Im askin this cuz im thinkin about buyin some springs online and wanna kno if theyll work on my 00' ek sedan. Im from the caribbean and all we got dwn here are jdm a little help would be appriciated...
