maybe all the people running finally made an impact... haha. no really, living in california... a 4.5 is nothing. but, to people who don't get them often enough to notice... it can be kinda freaky.
and yes, good thing it wasn't a 'big' one... many many people from all over the world could have gotten hurt.
4.5 isn't all that bad, I went through a 5.4 in anchorage before for about 5 seconds.
