My car idles at 1500 rpm, but when i brake the rpm goes down to 900 rpm. When I start driving again my idle will rise to 1500 and back to 900 rpm. Everytime I press the gas, there would be a lag and sometimes in would stall on me. I already change out my iacv, it was at normal idle but the problem came back again. Will the tps be my next step for trouble shooting?

Check the base ignition timing and set it properly (jumpered ECU, reset it afterward). Then look for vacuum leaks. Throttle body gasket, intake manifold gasket, hoses, all vacuum ports either have a hose on them or are plugged. IACV would have thrown a code. You must learn to diagnose a problem and not just throw parts at it.
