B series Mooncut Valve Cover *Chrome*

I have 2 B series Mooncut valve cover, one is crome and one is just stock black. Im asking

45 for black

65 for chrome

What the heck is 'mooncut' supposed to mean?

When the cam gears are cut out of the valve cover, so you can adjust the cam gears without taken off the valve cover.

For which b series motor and for what years, I know the LS's valve covers changed in 96, and they won't fit on a vtec head.
