b16 Cable Tranny into EK

I wanna use this tranny because I already have it but as you know the EK is a hydro setup and the b16 tranny I have is cable.

Can I use the pedal assembly off of a CRX Si, as it's for a cable transmission, in my EK to operate my b16 tranny? I don't want to buy the hasport conversion kit.

just as a heads up my boy did his 95 civic with a cable tranny and he messed it up when i told him to just get a hydro tranny and call it a day but he didn't listen to me he had a hasport kit wanted to use the tranny because it was jdm well he burned the hell out of the clutch and grinded all the gears and guess what he has a hydro tranny now..save your money sell the cable tranny and get the hydro set up and call it a day doing the cable pedal is a waste of time i don't think it will even reach
