B16 Cylinder head torque specs???

Does anyone know the torque specs for a 96' B16A2 cylinder head?

which bolts? cam rails? head bolts?

I need both actually. In ft/lbs if you can.

Head bolt = 63 ft/lb +/-2
Cam holders = 22 ft/lb +/-2 and the outside 6mm bolts are 8 ft/lb.
Remember to torque it in 3 steps and follow the seguence, it's usually inside out. If you're using an extension, add a couple more pounds to it to compensate for torque loss.
