b16 head on 90 integra help!!!!

hi i have a 90 integra gs and my valves are shot and was wondering if anybody knows what parts i would need to put either a vtec b18 or vtec b16 head on the car any help would be appreciated
 
Get some ARP head studs for the b20 w/vtec head. Then you could buy the Golden Eagle LS/Vtec conversion kit. It will come with the head gasket and dowels you will need, plus the sandwich plate and oil line and the plug to block off in the head. Hope this helps. ;)
