B16 or B18 head for LS/Vtec Which one is better?

I have a 96 LS integra and I was wondering which head would be better or which one makes the most horsepower and torque? Also can I use my same distrobotor that came out of the LS if I cut one of the ears off and only use two of the bolt holes. Thanks

I don't think that there is a significant difference in the power potential of either head, I would go with the head that costs you less.

I have seen a distributor setup like that sort of work but it wasn't pretty, you really should get a VTEC distributor.
