B16A 4 wire o2

I've been trying to figure out for the last number of hours where each wire leads off the o2
its from a JDM integra XSI motor
theres 1 green, 1 white, 2 black
what position would each one go
Im throwing a code 41
I know that the 2 black ones are interchangeable and that polarity wont kill it
This ones got me a bit puzzled, I think its the O2 heater that died but i want to check other opinions before i toss it

I have 2 pin locations on the ECU the others should be power off the 5v harness and a ground right?

ones green and ones white, I dont have the harness colors but the o2 colors
