I have a jdm b16a swap with a skunk2 pro series intake manifold and skunk2 70mm throttle body and a header. the motor is stock internally with a stock p28 ECU. The manifold has been opened up to match the throttle body size. My motor idles between 1200 and 1500 all the time and putting your finger over the IAC passage yields no change in idle speed. Is it likely that the throttle body is leaking too much air past the throttle plate? if so does anyone know of a fix to get my idle to slow down? The motor has a parts store PCV valve in it and ive heard that occasionally these do not flow just right and possibly an OEM Honda pcv could help? Also ive checked for vacuum leaks and all the lines are routed correctly and do not leak.
