B16a2 Into A 92 Civichatch Si Need Help

  1. i'm having wiring problems ... the right side harness doesnt connect to the stock si harness and one plug from the ecu isnt there

    right. you are putting an obd2 motor into an obd1 car.

    use the car's harnesses. pretty much everything should plug in under the hood, as its a 92. 92's are all wired for vtec already.

    for the ecu, you need to run an obd2-1 adapter, or consider a chipped p28 or p30 if you you can find one
     
  3. one of the plug doesn't plug in ... the one going to the dash... do i have to cut and rewire? you said i have can use the cars harness you meant the sohc vtec wire or the dohc wires?... thankz

    for your car is an obd1 car you would need a obd1 ecu...everything plugs in perfect...and what do you mean the plug on the right is missing...

    use the CAR's harness. its already chilling in the bay anyway (unless you took it out when you pulled the motor too). DONT cut anything. you dont need to
