B16b vs. B18C IT-R ecu

I have a 98 B18C IT-R in my civic with the stock IT-R ecu and I also have a B16b ecu just sitting around. I know that on the B16b ecu the rev limiter is set 100 rpm higher than the IT-R but I was wondering what else is different because I need to sell one of them but I'm not sure which one to sell. Please help.

use the stock itr ecu, should be a p73. the b16 ecu should be a p30, they both have different fuel and ign. maps, so use the p73 since it was meant for your engine.
