b18 into 98 hx

i am swaping a b18a1 into my 98 civic hx, it has a cable transmission i was wondering if it would work when swapped into my car or if i would have to find a hydro b series tranmission to match up to it and what would be the best head swap for that motor

naa you can just convert yours to calble but it would be easer just to get a hydro tranny

ok thanks and what would be a good head swap to do once i put this motor into my car because its a b18a1 and i was thinking about the b16a2 or the b18c1 head swap

i would go with a b16a
