B18 swap harness issues

I have a 89 hatch, doing a b18 swap. Have the ecu, engine, mounts, tranny and such related. Engine bay harness was hacked by previous owner. Was told a DA harness would plug right in? Im planning on just converting from dpfi to mpfi with a dx harness. Im just wondering if the DA harness just plugs in or if its a lot of work.

DA harness will not plug in and won't work - you need to use the DX dpfi engine harness and make all of the changes (like dpfi to mpfi) to it
