b18a in 92 da swap legal

from what ive researched it is said that if you swap a obd0 engine into an obd1 platform is illegal. however i have a b18a engine that i want to swap into a 92 da. is it still illegal if i have the dizzy from the b18b which changes the fuel curves to match qualifacations of emisions? should i keep the original b18a dizzy, or should i avoid doin this all together?i really dont see the big deal since the cars are identical and the obd is only a year apart.

Yepyour right blanco, as for if its a 30+ so odd year old iam not sure about.

all I know about old cars and laws is that if you have a vehicle that dident come with seat belts factory then your still ok.
